Information Gathered Online
Your email address and other data such as First and Last Name, Company or Organization are gathered when you subscribe to our content or request other gratis benefits from us.
When you send email to us, either directly or via a Contact Us page on our website, your email address and comment or question are collected. This information is only used to respond to your question or suggestion.
Upon visiting the website, we may collect log file data on your session. This technical information alone does not identify a specific individual. The information collected may include (but is not limited to):

There is no merging of technical and personal data collected on the site. Technical information is used to measure and improve the effectiveness of our website and diagnose problems.

Use of Web Beacons and Coded Links
Web beacons are used in combination with cookies. A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, which is placed in an email or on a website. Coded links are URLs encoded for the use of specific email recipient. We use web beacons and coded links to aggregate data that is used to analyze the performance of email newsletters. The information collected can be correlated to individual users. These data is used for internal marketing purposes only. Open rates and click through rates for email content are examples of the metrics that are calculated using web beacons and coded links.
Our Partners and Third Parties
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as Web site hosting, packaging, and email distribution.
