Recently we attended the 12th annual meeting of the German Notes User Group (DNUG).
The strong attendance (500+) and support of IBM and dozens of third-party vendors demonstrate that Notes and Domino are doing well in the German market. We believe Germany is home to the second largest quantity of Notes users worldwide, after the United States. German Notes/Domino users are clearly benefiting from a concentrated pool of skilled resources and the support of peer organizations.
Germany represents about 27 million business email users. Third parties in the messaging space would do well to pay attention to the strength of Notes/Domino there.
